Design and Engineering

Every BBQ grill begins with meticulous design and engineering. Expert Welding

Expert Welding & Assembly

Our master welders, each with over 15 years of experience, use TIG and MIG welding techniques to create strong, clean joints. Every weld is inspected for penetration, consistency, and structural integrity. We use specialized welding procedures developed specifically for high-temperature applications.

The assembly process follows strict sequences to ensure proper alignment and structural integrity. Fixtures and jigs are used to maintain precise positioning during welding, and each assembly undergoes stress testing to verify structural soundness before proceeding to the next stage.

Surface Treatment & Finishing

Each assembled unit undergoes comprehensive surface preparation including grinding, polishing, and cleaning. We use specialized abrasives and techniques to achieve the desired surface finish while maintaining structural integrity. This process removes any welding marks and creates a uniform surface texture.

High-temperature resistant coatings are applied using electrostatic spray systems for even coverage. The coating process includes primer application, base coating, and protective clear coating, each layer cured at specific temperatures to ensure maximum durability and heat resistance.
